Ideal for couples and families who want to enjoy nature while still being just 10 km from the North Sea. The spacious 107 m² house offers accommodation for six people with three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the eight duvets are extra long. The southwest-facing terrace is perfect for sunbathing and relaxation, while direct private access (50 m) to the approximately 100-hectare lake with its private beach promises unforgettable moments on and in the water. The ground floor comprises the utility room, a guest WC, and the living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find the three bedrooms and the bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Towels and bed linens are available for an additional EURO18. Charging via the wallbox is charged separately.
